At Pearly Whites UK, we do not accept returns of whitening products for change-of-mind reasons, due to the nature of the products and hygiene considerations. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any concerns please contact our customer service team at info@pearlywhitesuk.com

Please note that whitening results can vary between individuals, and we cannot guarantee a particular level of whitening. A product not producing the level of whitening expected does not, by itself, establish that the product is faulty.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at info@pearlywhitesuk.com and we will do our best to assist. However, if your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to process and cancellations.
