Shipping Policy

At Pearly Whites UK, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently while providing full transparency on shipping options and costs. 

During particularly busy periods for couriers, such as Christmas and other peak seasons, delivery times may take a little longer than usual. While we always dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delays caused by courier networks are unfortunately outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times. 

Orders sent via Royal Mail Tracked services are not considered lost until 14 working days after the expected delivery date. We kindly ask customers to allow this timeframe before requesting a replacement or refund, as the majority of delayed parcels are successfully delivered within this period.


Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping on all UK orders over £40.
  • For orders under £40, standard shipping is available for a flat fee of £2.70.

 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 12 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

 

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery usually takes 2-4 business days once dispatched.
  • Express Shipping: If you need your order sooner, we offer express shipping options that usually delivers within 2-3 business days at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.

 

Order Tracking

Every order comes with a tracking number for your convenience. Once your order is shipped, you will be provided with tracking information via email to follow the delivery status in real time.

 

Shipping Address Requirements

To ensure smooth and secure delivery, all orders must be shipped to a valid residential home address. We do not recommend or support delivery to drop boxes, parcel lockers, shops, schools, university dorms, post offices, workplaces, or any non-residential addresses, as these often lead to complications, delays, or lost parcels.

Any orders placed using such addresses are done so at the customer’s own risk, and Pearly Whites UK cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or misdelivery in these cases. We strongly advise entering your full home address at checkout to avoid delivery issues.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you must notify us within 14 days so we can investigate with the courier.
